こんにちは、システム技術部第2課のN.Hです。

気づかないうちに、私は亀山電機に入社して１年間が経過していました。今年度新入社員が入社し、私は初めて先輩になりました。先輩という言葉には自分が成長している部分を感じられ、先輩としてもっと頑張っていきたい気持ちが高揚してきました。先輩だからといって、上長と自分の先輩には大きなギャップがあるので、先輩を手本にし、まだまだ頑張らなければならない日々だと感じています。

新入社員は研修や社風に慣れるまで、不安が続くでしょうが、亀山電機での先輩方が優しく指導してくれるので、少しずつ仕事を覚え、健康とメンタルヘルスに注意しながら、頑張っていきましょう。

 Hello, this is N.H., Section 2 of the System Engineering Department

One year had passed since I joined Kameyama Electric. New employees joined the company this year, and I became a upperclassman for the first time. The word “upperclassman” made me feel that I was growing, and I felt that I wanted to work harder as a upperclassman. There is a big gap between I and my manager ,  my upperclassman, so I feel that I still have to do my best every day, following the example of my seniors.

New employees will continue to worry until they get used to the training and the company culture, but seniors at Kameyama Denki will gently guide you, so let’s learn work little by little, pay attention to your health and mental health, and do your best.
