主体的に仕事に取り組む

こんにちは、システム技術部第2課のN.Hです。

本日朝会で【主体的に仕事に取り組みましょう】という職場の教養を読み上げました。例としたYさんの話から、自分にとって貴重な勉強になりました。私たちは仕事だけでなく、生活においても、気配りを大切にし、相手の意見を尊重して生きているものです。そのため、ある時、気づかないまま、人の意見に流されたりします。そこで、もともと独特であった私たちはユニークではなくなり、場合によって中途半端なことばかりで、最後までやり遂げることができず、成果を達成することができなくなるのでしょう。

亀山電機では社員一人一人が相手の意見を尊重する雰囲気があり、気持ちよく働ける環境ですが、相手の意見を尊重しつつも、自分の考え、主体性をもって仕事に取り組んでいきたいものです。皆さんも物事にバランスをもって、生活していきましょう。

At the morning meeting today, I read aloud the workplace education titled “Let’s work on our own initiative.” I learned a valuable lesson from Mr. Y’s story as an example. Not only at work, but also in life, we value consideration and live by respecting the opinions of others. Therefore, at times, without realizing it, we are swept away by other people’s opinions. Therefore, we, who were originally unique, will no longer be unique, and in some cases, we will not be able to complete and achieve results because we are full of half-hearted things.

At Kameyama Electric, there is an atmosphere in which each employee respects the opinions of others, and it is a pleasant working environment. Let us all live our lives in balance.
