株式会社亀山電機（本社：長崎県長崎市弁天町、代表取締役　北口 功幸、以下亀山電機）は、SMS group株式会社（本社：東京都江東区豊洲、代表取締役　綱川　徹、以下SMS Japan）と業務委託契約を締結しました。
SMS Japanは、ドイツのSMS group GmbH（以下、SMSグループ）のグループ会社です。 SMSグループは、今後の日本市場の拡大に伴い、制御および電気分野のメンテナンスを提供するために日本企業と協力する必要性を感じていました。 このことが、国際的な技術力とワールドワイドな対応力を持つ日本の企業である亀山電機との契約につながりました。今回の契約では、亀山電機は多くの業務を委託いただきます。しかし、両者は販売業務の初期段階から連携し、より高度な保守サービスをお客様に提供してまいります。

Kameyama Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Kameyama Electric) signed a business consignment contract with SMS group K.K. (hereinafter SMS Japan).

SMS Japan is a group company of SMS group GmbH, Germany (hereafter SMS group). In the future expansion of the Japanese market, SMS group felt the need to collaborate with a Japanese corporation to provide maintenance in the control and electrical fields. This demand resulted in a contract with Kameyama Electric, a Japanese business with international technological competence and the ability to respond worldwide.
A lot of work under this contract is delegated to Kameyama Electric, however these two organizations will start working together from the earlier stages of sales operations and will provide customers higher-level maintenance services.
